Mamlouk rugs were known for having medallions in their field having an almos kaleidoscopic aesthetic. The rug's colors are navy, magenta, red, rust, and ivory. The rug was made in Pakistan and is 100% hand knotted.

The rug took about 2 years to make by hand.

Jafri was tasked with finding two rugs that not only had presence but would also merge both classic with modern styles. The 8'x10' rug was to be a statement rug that would go in the study and the other 10'x14' rug would go in the bedroom and was to look like a rug from a French chateau.
