Why did the customer contact us?

Storm-driven roof valley leak in Goose Creek near St. James Avenue; moisture reached finished floors before the owner noticed.

Solutions provided:

On job 24920 in Goose Creek we mapped the wet edge with infrared then pins. The unique on-site tell was St. James Avenue staging plus a pin grid that HEPA-vacuumed demo dust before rebuild handoff. Equipment ran within a 3–7 day meter window with overnight humidity checks—never a multi-week campaign. Photo documentation stayed with the owner; carpenter choice stayed theirs. Kingsley water damage & Fire cleanup — shop 3031 Scotsman Rd Suite 16, Columbia, SC 29223.
