Solutions provided:

On job 25797 in Hilton Head Island we HEPA-vacuumed demo dust before rebuild handoff. The unique on-site tell was Palmetto Bay Road staging plus a pin grid that documented claim-ready stills for the owner file. Equipment ran inside a 3–7 day band with overnight humidity checks—never a multi-week campaign. Photo documentation stayed with the owner; carpenter choice stayed theirs.
