Dusting is the important second stage in our cleaning process that involves removing dust. With our state-of-the-art equipment, we are able to completely remove dust from the rug.

Soaking is one of the most important processes a rug can undergo. By soaking the rug, dirt, pet stains, and various other types of stains are removed. Occasionally, rugs need to be soaked multiple times for removal of set-in stains and odors. Individual expert care is given to antiques and silk rugs, problem rugs such as moth eaten or water damaged are also given special care.

We wash the rugs on both sides with special vegetable soaps and shampoos. After that we rinse the rug to remove all the shampoo residues off the rug.
